Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe!!

Hi lovely people from around the world!! In this new blog post, I will be sharing something different from what I have been posting. This time I will be showing you how to bake some Chocolate Chip Cookies!!

This is a healthier recipe because I am not going to use normal flour; in fact I will be using rice flour instead. Another interesting fact about these cookies is that arr not full of sugar and fats, so it is a good snack for anytime.

Recipe:

  • Butter                                50   grams ( 2,5 oz.)
  • Sugar                                 100 grams ( 3,5 oz.)
  • Eggs                                       1
  • Vanilla Essence                 1    spoonful
  • Rice Flour                         200 grams ( 5,3 oz.)
  • Baking Powder                  1    pinch
  • Chocolate Chips               50  grams ( 1,8 oz.)
  • Cookware: 1 spatula, 1 bowl
Note: You can replace the chips for nuts, almonds or whatever you like the most, is all about eating something tasty :)

N° 1:

Put in the bowl the butter and sugar and mix them with the spatula until getting a smooth and well-integrated cream.

N° 2:

Add the egg and the vanilla essence and mix it again until getting it a little bit more liquid than before.

N° 3:

Now you have to add the rice flour, but to make it easy you have to add just half of it, mix it and then the other half with the baking powder.

N° 4:

At last and maybe is what will determine the flavour of the cookie, this time de chips. You should just add them to the bowl and then mix it for the last time. Now preheat your oven to 180° C ( 356° F).

N° 5:

Put some butter on the baking tray and then put small pieces using the spoon. After filling the entire tray, take it to the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.

And that was it guys!! As easy as it seems and as delicious as it looks! I would like you guys to try this at home and tell if you like it! Don't forget to share it with your friends. Twitter: @rafaelriquelmeb. Thanks for reading!! : )
